Macau & Hong Kong 2012 - Day 3

26th October 2012

Today we are crossing back to Hong Kong for two nights’ stay. A wave of nauseousness hits me thinking of the ferry ride.

船に乗ってで本当に苦手だ。However, a can of caffeine Coke should do the magic.

Back on solid land after a wavy ride, it was lunchtime. Craving for dim sum, we walked straight into Maxim Restaurant. Hmm....... frankly speaking, the total bill was a bit out of our expectation.

We are staying in a new hotel in Hong Kong – Mini Hotel (迷你酒店). This is a hotel that is recommended by my sis’ friend and their rates were very reasonable – HKD1,000 per night and their location is very good, just minutes away from Sogo and Times Square.

After checking in, we went for some shopping and then it was dinner time. Tonight, we are having 打边炉 at 稻香. Their hotpot is good and reasonably priced. This is our 2nd time here. Thinking of the 響鈴 makes me drool. For those who had tried and like it, you know what I meant. To those who have yet to try, please order it during your next steamboat meal in Hong Kong.

稻香 never disappoints us with their excellent food and services. Well, yes, you are reading it without any eye problems.

With stomach so full, there is no way for anymore night shopping. We headed back to the hotel not knowing that something unpredictable is waiting for us........ to be continued.
